decompression session $1 per minute (15 – 30 minutes)
A great quick way to de-stress, like a chair massage only you’re on the table, just take off your shoes! Choose between foot work, head and neck work, or full body compression for a more vigorous and energizing massage. Got a packed schedule? All you need is 15 to 30 minutes to rejuvenate! You will remained clothed for this treatment, except for your shoes.

acupuncture
acupuncture facial rejuvenation (90 minutes) $125
This treatment is a wonderful alternative to more invasive methods of regaining a youthful appearance on the face while improving the overall health of the body. It includes a face massage, facial needles, body needles, and finishes with a cleansing and moisturizing. It removes fine lines, reduces wrinkles, lifts, and balances skin color and tone. A series of 10 treatments (once/week) is recommended for optimal results, and then once/month treatments can maintain your new look for 3-5 years! Disclaimer: Please understand that facial needling can sometimes result in slight bruising in a few spots that usually heal in a few days to a week. (package of 10 treatments $1125, save $125)
acupuncture treatments (first treatment 75 minutes, subsequent 1 hour) $80
Acupuncture is the placement of very fine needles in points on the body in order to increase circulation, enhance healing, reduce pain, and strengthen the body. It is an effective treatment for numerous ailments including acute or chronic pain, stress, fatigue, menstrual problems, digestive issues, and more. An added benefit is that treatments are very relaxing! Please come to facial rejuvenation sessions without makeup. For any acupuncture treatments, it is best to come with some food on your stomach and dressed in comfortable clothing that can be easily pushed up. Also try to plan your day so that rigorous exercise is not done right after treatment. (package of 5 treatments $320, save $80)
pediatric treatments (30 minutes for children 12 and under) $40
Children respond very well to acupuncture and Chinese herbs. Young children and infants can be treated with a needle-free technique from Japan called Sho Ni Shin (“show-nee-shin”). Small tools are used to brush and tap the skin, causing healing effects similar to acupuncture. For older children who are ready, a few needles are used for a short time.
facial cupping (20 minute add-on) $40
Facial cupping is a gentle treatment that is similar to body cupping but uses much less suction and leaves no discoloration. Very small glass cups are used on the face, neck, and under the collarbone. This helps to drain lymph fluid that gets stuck in facial tissue. By helping to circulate this fluid through the lymphatic system, facial cupping can reduce puffiness, plump up fine lines and wrinkles, and diminish circles under the eyes.
